And, if you’re looking for a challenge, we’ve got a list for you.

Memphis Business Journal published its Golf Courses list in the April 17 print edition, but we’re giving web readers a look at the top five. The list ranks the courses by their USGA course rating and slope rating.

For the first time in years, the toughest course in the city is open to all. The public golf course in Millington once owner by pop star Justin TimberlakeMirimichi, made some course changes last year and leapt all the way to the top spot on this year’s list, slightly edging out private course Spring Creek Ranch.

To read more about the new ownership and management of the course, check out our Conversation With Steve Conley, vice president of sales and marketing at Mirimichi.

To see the full list of the Memphis area’s 25 best courses, pick up a copy of the print edition. The full list — including general manager and golf professional; USGA course rating and slope rating; course length; course type; and green fees/guest fees for each course — is only available in print.
